In the Heat of the Moment is an 18+ kinetic furry visual novel that explores the story of Iba, whose admiration for his father intensifies after a tense encounter sparks unexpected curiosity, leading him to uncover a secret that challenges everything he thought he knew.

Story
Iba eagerly waits for his father, Tsuyin, to come home from the gym so they can watch a movie together before he leaves on a business trip. When Tsuyin finally arrives, a brief altercation between them awakens something deep within Iba.
Compelled by these feelings, Iba starts exploring parts of his father’s life he’s never noticed before. His search uncovers a secret that tests his ability to keep calm, as his impulses begin to take the lead. All the while, his dad remains unaware that Iba has uncovered something hidden beneath the surface. How will Iba handle these revelations, and will his father ever discover that his secret is out?

Possible to make a linux version?
In Linux you can install renpy as a package, then open the game directory in command line and run the command
to play the game (the period is required, it indicates the current directory). This works for any VN that only supports Windows.

This was my first experience playing a visual novel game before - totally hooked already. Love the animation transitions, the spouts of humour, and the artwork is fantastic

the prologue is a single scene, I thought it would introduce characters a bit, but not it was just a scene
Other than that, props to you for releasing a incest VN on itch io when they removed Shedding Inhibitions for the same reason
usually when I hear the word demo I imagine at least 10 minutes of gameplay... but on that account the vn is really high-quality! it also is pretty much the thing i wanted most in a vn since forever, so I'm really excited for the chapter 1 !!

Very short ''demo'' which takes about 3-4 minutes to finish.
Getting straight into the main plot of the FVN, which makes it clear in what kind of direction it might go.
